Well again, I'm really trying to keep up on updates, I know I'll regret this one day, but I try my best.
Kashtyn is getting the cutest, most onery personality. He's definately all boy, and many times, naughty. He is running around at full speed, loves to shoot hoops (he sees a basketball hoop and says "shoot"), playing outside (it's impossible now to not let him out there for several hours a day). He wakes up in the mornings with his froggy pillow, brings it to bed with us and cuddles, and shortly after that cuddle session, he's up and at em for the day - no more stopping him.
He goes to Millie Wild now for Daycare, it's been a great change. He loves the kids, and the homecooking :)
He still loves his pacifier and is pretty darn spoiled about this. He's extremely bored at home on the weekends and would love for another lil one running around the house. He's starting to pick up more on little thigns like saying "hello" on the phone. He loves balls and throwing things still. Last week, he crashed big time down the back porch stairs onto the cement, scabs on his nose and forehead. Didn't stop him though, he just wants outside. We take a lot of walks and go to the park. He's truly a lot of fun now.
Casey recently started at First National of Chadron as an ag lender trainee. It's a little slow pace for him but he likes it. I still love my job and all is well!

Where has the time gone
It's been rediculously long since I've updated anything. No excuses, I plain just forget! Kashtyn is now 19 months and I can hardly believe it. He's into everything and it's so much fun :) he's talking lots and learning new words every day. He is learning animal noises, the first was Sheep's Baaa at Christmas - thanks to Grandpa, and now a Cow, Dog, Horse and Pig, in that order. He is getting his wonderful eye teeth, and that's been fun let me tell ya!
Oh and yesterday, he went #1 and #2 in his potty all by himself :) Granite, it wasn't really a choice, he was grunting and I stuck him on there, but he's starting to give us sign's he's about to go, so hopefully we can get him there soon!

Well... I figured I may as well update this since it's been entirely too long - it appears once again I've let it get away from me and my blogging skills are not so good.
Kashtyn is in fact, almost 18 months. We've been very blessed as we are all healthy, employed and doing well. Christmas was a great time, Kashtyn enjoyed it much more this year than last.
He's growing well, still very tall, skinny and a large head :) He is saying about 15-20 words: Daddy, Mommy, More, Again, Bath, Ball, football, Doggie, No, Hello, Baby, Uh Oh, Bye Bye, Mickey, Bubbles. He really likes to read and he LOVE's mickey mouse. He got lots of Handy Manny for Christmas, so that's been a hit too!

Can't believe our little guy is almost 1 year old!! He for some reason took off crawling a couple weeks ago and now is doing it like crazy. He's faster and faster everyday and just this weekend he started really pulling himself up on everything! He also crawled his way up his first flight of stairs at Grandma and Grandpa Foshers while he and Dad were there for branding. He has been eating and sleeping well - so all is great! Found a Dr. in Rapid City so will be going there in a couple weeks for his checkup!
Things are going well in CHadron, we are super busy and trying to get settled in our appartment. Its really not too bad, it's just a little loud with high school football camps going on now. Other than that, it's life as usual here in Chadrock.

We're in Chadron
The past month has been absolutely crazy!! Obviously by the title, we are in Chadron! Our prayers have been answered. We both got the jobs we wanted, Casey has been named the Executive Director of the Boys & Girls club. I just found out last week that I got the Resident Director job at Kent Hall Chadron State College. We are so blessed. Casey started today, I start June 1st, until then, lil man and I aren't doing much! They let us move our stuff in a couple dorm rooms accross from our appartment so we don't have to move it all again - which is great. We are staying in a suite in Edna work hall for a few more weeks, such a nice thing they did that so we didn't have to rent a motel room.
I am so glad that we are going to have more time to ourselves and of course, not live somewhere so big and expensive!
Kashtyn is getting so big - he is 11 months old and just growing like a weed. Thankfully the past month hasn't fased him. he is sleeping great, happy as ever. In fact, he's getting his 3rd tooth and this time he's not fussy at all! He is really talking up a storm, in fact he Said THANK YOU at daycare this last Tuesday. He's says Mommy and Dadda lots but doesn't know really what they mean. He also said Uh-Oh.
He's trying to walk ALOT!! He loves his walker :) He doesn't really want to crawl - he army crawls and although we catch him doing it normally - I guess its faster the other way because he justdrops his belly and goes :) He is 21 lbs 6 oz. I can't believe how fast the lil bugger is growing!!

Here we are in April already!!!
Our trip to Florida was really nice!! Kashtyn did wonderful on the flights. Slept 3 of the 3.5 hours there and we had a layover on the way back - and our flight left at 4 am. It was interesting, but he's a trooper. We took him to the beach in Ft. Lauderdale. He hated the ocean (it was pretty cold water there). However, as you can see from the video below.... the pool was a hit!
Kashtyn is now doing the "worm" he doesn't actually crawl on his hands and knees... he rocks on them and then decides to just pull himself everywhere and forget about the legs :) He's been doing it for a couple weeks now (since his 9 month apt March 23rd)... before we know it we will be wishing he couldn't walk.
His second tooth is thru, so we are done with the fever, terrible sleeping, runny nose crap for a while. The past few nights, we've even gotten more than 3 hours of sleep at a time! He's learning this high pitched squeal thing - not so fun so we are going to try to un-learn that this weekend :)
We got back from FLA on Tuesday, and this week has been lllooooonnnnggggg!!!! Grandma Linda is in the hospital in Chicago (for those who didn't know). It's a whole long story but they admitted her to check on her heart (she was there for a checkup) after the wonderful Doctors in Lusk did not correctly diagnose her a couple months ago for heart failure (they kept saying pneumonia). Anyhow, we are all praying for her and that everything is ok.
Nothing else new from this end - hope you are all doing well. The next month is going to be crazy with Easter and the Spring game - so we hope to see everyone soon!
